Ranjith, an acclaimed editor of a leading publication leaves the job when he loses his wife and lives a secluded life in Kolkata with his daughter. After a few years, when his close friend Chezhiyan, editor of Vaanam magazine is killed by a fanatic fan of a top actor, Ranjith is forced to get back to the job at the same publication. He notices more such killings happening in the State and finds a pattern in them. How he goes about finding the mysterious organization behind these killings and the master mind forms the story.
