Woranart (Davika Hoorne)  returns home looking as young and beautiful as when she disappeared 50 years ago. However, she has not returned for a reunion with her wealthy family but as the vessel of an ancient centipede spirit, which seeks to pass its curse onto Woranart’s 18-year-old granddaughter, Oui (Baipor Thitiya Jirapornsilp).
